Your Calendar connection.

Pam Personal Assistant is a private app operated for one person. This notice describes its Google Calendar connection.

Access and purpose

The connection uses two Google permissions: reading the calendar list and viewing and managing events on calendars the owner owns. Pam uses calendar metadata and relevant event details to answer schedule questions and create or edit events the owner requests.

Pam's tools restrict access to the calendar allowlist selected during setup. Google's underlying event permission includes deletion, but Pam exposes no event-deletion tool. The app has no invitation or calendar-sharing tool. This connection requests no Gmail or Google Drive access.

Where information goes

• Google Calendar: the source of calendar information and the destination for requested event changes.
• The local Windows computer: the Calendar token is encrypted for the operating-system user and protected by file permissions. Relevant request and calendar content may be saved in local conversation history.
• The configured AI provider: relevant Calendar content is sent for processing the owner's request.
• Telegram: the response may contain Calendar information and is sent to the owner's private chat.

The AI provider and Telegram handle information under their respective policies and account settings. This notice does not promise that those services disable training, retain no data, or provide end-to-end encryption for the bot conversation.

Pam itself does not use Google Calendar data to train models, target advertising, or sell data. It uses that data for the requested assistant functions.

Storage and removal

The local Calendar authorization remains stored until removed or replaced. Conversation records and Telegram messages have separate retention and deletion controls; removing Calendar authorization does not automatically erase previously saved messages or third-party copies.

The owner can remove local conversation records through the local installation's controls and delete messages through Telegram. Any AI-provider retention depends on that provider's policies and settings.

Revoke Calendar access

1. Open your Google Account settings and go to third-party connections.
2. Select Pam Personal Assistant and remove its access.
3. Ask the local installation operator to remove the stored Calendar token and disable the connection.

Reconnect only if you want Pam to access Calendar again. These public information pages do not grant access to Calendar or display any Calendar data.
